Jessica Shaner
Owner, Chief Executive Officer, and “Queen Bee”
Hi! I have been in the accounting and tax industry for 20+ years. After college, I worked in Accounts Receivable for a major daycare conglomerate based in Pittsburgh, PA. Each year, I worked for the local Liberty Tax Service. During this time, I returned to school to earn a law degree. After moving to Jacksonville in 2012, I worked for another tax office and accounting firm, serving as Office Manager and later the General Manager until 2023. Professionally, I serve on the executive board of the Jacksonville Chapter of the American Payroll Association.
I have helped thousands of people and families with filing their taxes and solving their tax problems. In addition, I have supported hundreds of different kinds of business owners with their bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, and payroll.
Robert Shaner
Co-Owner and Chief Marketing Officer
My name is Robert and I lead Queen Bee’s marketing efforts as well as assist with tax preparation for individuals and businesses. I have assisted with tax preparation for over 10 years, serving roles including Office Manager and Marketing Manager.

Welcome to Queen Bee! I have prepared tax returns since 2016, first starting with Liberty Tax. Through the years, I’ve handled various tax situations and issues for individuals and business clients. I hold an AFSP certificate from the IRS.
I also serve as a member of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel. We listen to comments from the public and create recommendations for improvement to the IRS.

As the “Worker Bee,” I help my parents run their company and assist wherever is needed. I have helped them since I was a little tot, and enjoy meeting all kinds of different people.
I am currently a student at Flagler College.
